Accreditations

Outline Gardens are full members of the Horticultural Trades Association and the Association of Professional landscapers.
As Members of the Association of Professional Landscapers we are committed to providing high quality landscaping and complete customer satisfaction under the guidelines of the APL customer charter.

The Charter states that

Members must be:

• Properly trained and qualified in landscaping.
• Employed within the industry for a minimum of 3 years.
• Members of the Horticultural Trades Association – the trade body for the horticultural industry, established in 1899.

Members must also:

• Provide a minimum of six satisfactory customer references of work carried out within the previous 2 years.
• Supply a minimum of two satisfactory trade references.
• Maintain full Employer Liability Insurance cover.
• Maintain full Public Liability Insurance cover.

In order to encourage good performance, the Association also demands that members:

• Be committed to continuous business development.
• Be actively involved in staff training and development.
• Be independently checked annually for conformance to these standards.

We have been members of the Association for the last 2 years and actively adhere to these guidelines.
