Process:

When a customer contacts Outline Gardens, the first step is a visit to the garden to work out the best course of action. There is no charge for a site visit or a quote. If the job is fairly straight forward we will measure up and provide you with a complete quote within a week. If it’s a more complex job, then a design is sometimes the best way forward.

Garden Design:

A good garden design will save you money in the long term and ensure you receive the garden that will suit your needs completely. We will do an accurate site survey, provide you with concept drawings to ensure we are designing the garden you need and finally a completed, fully worked up design. Where needed we can include any technical specification. We can also liaise with other contractors where required to ensure any project runs smoothly.

Pricing:

We provide quotes for all the work we do so you know exactly what the job will cost. Any additional work will be authorised beforehand so there are no nasty surprises! We aim to keep our prices competitive, but fair.

Guarantee:

All our work is guaranteed for 5 years from the date of completion.
